Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Bhaarath Tools mobile app and admin panel (the “Service”), operated by Bhaarath Tools. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

The Service is a business-to-business (B2B) ordering platform intended for dealers, contractors, and business owners. You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding purchase orders to use the Service.

2. Account Registration

You are responsible for providing accurate registration information and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Products & Pricing

• Prices shown in the app are inclusive of applicable GST (CGST + SGST), displayed as a breakdown at checkout.
• Prices, product availability, and specifications are subject to change without notice.
• Product images are representative and may not reflect exact packaging or batch variation.

4. Orders

Orders placed through the Service follow this process:

• You submit an order request from your cart.
• We review and either accept or reject the request.
• Accepted orders are dispatched and then delivered.
• Orders are settled offline — the Service does not process online payments. Payment terms are arranged directly with us outside the app.

5. Cancellations

An order can be cancelled from the app only while it is still in “pending” status (i.e. before we have accepted it). Once an order has been accepted, it cannot be cancelled from the app — contact us directly to discuss changes to an accepted order.

6. Loyalty Program

Loyalty points may be earned on completed orders and are displayed in your profile. We may change the loyalty program’s structure, point values, or availability at any time.

7. Account Suspension & Deletion

We may suspend an account that violates these Terms or is used fraudulently. You may delete your own account at any time from the app’s Profile screen; see our Privacy Policy for what happens to your data when you do.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its branding, design, and content, is owned by Bhaarath Tools or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bhaarath Tools is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date above when we do. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
