Children's Privacy Policy

Bhaarath Tools is a business-to-business (B2B) ordering platform for dealers and contractors purchasing hand tools, power tools, abrasives, and accessories. It is designed for use by business owners and their staff, not by children.

Not Directed to Children

The Service is not directed to, marketed to, or intended for use by children. Registration requires providing business details (such as a GST number) that a child would not ordinarily have, and using the Service to place binding purchase orders requires the legal capacity to enter into a contract. We require users to be at least 18 years old.

No Knowing Collection of Children’s Data

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age (or the relevant minimum age in your jurisdiction). If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at bhaarathtools@gmail.com so we can investigate and, where appropriate, delete that information.
