Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Bhaarath Tools account and its associated data at any time. The fastest way is directly in the app; if you no longer have access to the app, you can request deletion by email instead.

Option 1: Delete from the app (immediate)

1. Open the Bhaarath Tools app and sign in.
2. Go to the Profile tab.
3. Tap Delete account(below “Sign out”, in red).
4. Confirm on the dialog that appears.

Your account is deleted immediately — there’s no waiting period for this method.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you can’t sign in to the app anymore, email us from an address you can be reached at, including the email or phone number your account is registered under, and we’ll verify and delete it manually. We aim to complete email-based deletion requests within 7 business days.

What Gets Deleted

• Your Firebase sign-in credentials (you will no longer be able to sign in).
• Your account profile (name, phone, business name, GST number, saved address).
• Your cart.
• Your wishlist.

What’s Retained

Your order history, loyalty-point transactions, and support tickets are kept as business and accounting records after deletion — this matches standard practice for order/invoice record-keeping and is not personal profile data. These records are no longer linked to an active account. See our Privacy Policy for more detail.
